Trade accounts include benefits like bulk discounts, flexible payment terms, and priority service. There’s no minimum order value to open an account, though bulk orders receive better pricing.
02. What are your delivery options and costs?
Free Delivery: Orders over $200 qualify for free delivery to Sydney metro areas.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Next-day delivery: Orders placed before 3:00 PM Monday-Friday (In stock items)
- Same-day delivery: Available for urgent orders (contact us to arrange)
- Standard delivery: 2-3 business days for regional NSW and QLD
Delivery Areas:
- Sydney Metro (free over $200)
- Greater Sydney and surrounding regions
- NSW and Queensland (delivery fees apply based on location)
Click & Collect: Free pickup available from our Moorebank warehouse. Orders are usually ready within 2 hours during business hours.

03. What are your opening hours?
Moorebank Showroom & Warehouse:

Online Orders: You can place orders 24/7 through our website. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next business day.

04. Can I return or exchange products?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns Accepted:
Unused products in original undamaged packaging
Within 72 hours of purchase
With original receipt or invoice
Product hasn’t been damaged modified, or installed
There will be a 15% return fee from invoice and a credit will be put on the account
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-cut or custom-ordered products
Chemical products once opened (adhesives, foams, sealants)
Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
Products showing signs of use or installation
Damaged package or open boxes
Faulty Products: If you receive damaged or faulty goods, contact us within 5 days from purchase date We’ll arrange replacement or refund, including return freight.
